Beside checking in by address, the system allows user checking in by business address. Follow the steps below to do it.

Access to Admin Dashboard => Plugin Manager => Checkin.

A. Enable Business option to check in

 

Show type: member can check-in with business address when All or Business only option is checked.

(Note: the mandatory condition is Business plugin is installed and enabled).

• All is checked, will show dropdown with 2 options: Address and Business options.

 

• Business only is check, will show:

 

B. Set the business default distance when searching

 

1. Search business default distance (mile): Enter the number for distance (mile) to search business.

Note: The default distance is calculated from the device’s positioning, so you have to allow site to access your location.

2. Limit businesses searched by distance: Choose Yes to to limit Business in the set distance above (1. Search business default distance setting) when member checks in with Business address.

 

This article will demonstrate to you how to show map automatically on feeds with the check in status.

Access to Admin Dashboard => Plugin Manager => Checkin.

 

Choose Yes option and click the Save Settings button.

 

(Front-end)

The check-in status with address, map will be shown automatically without clicking the address hyperlink.

 

The check-in feature will notify your friends of your current location and current activity. It’s a quick and easy way to let your loved ones know what are you up to and where are you.

Below we detail the exact steps required how to do that.

Check-in icon will be visible on Share what’s new box after check-in plugin is installed to your site.

Click the Check-in icon >> show Input location area.

 

A. CHECK-IN BY ADDRESS

Step 1. Choose Check-in type is Address.

 

Step 2. Enter your location.

• Default map on your site is Google Map: show Google suggestion address automatically when you input text on the location box, you can select location from these suggestion.

 

• Default map on your site is OpenStreetMap: you have to input your location manually and press Enter keyboard.

 

Step 3. Input your status and click the Share button.

 

Your check-in status will be shown on Home feed. And can show/ hide map by clicking the Location hyperlink.

 

B. CHECK-IN BY BUSINESS

Member can check-in by business address if Business Plugin is installed.

Step 1. Choose Check-in type is Business.

 

Step 2. will show the Business suggestion list automatically if you input the correct keywords on the location box. And please select Business from list.

 

Step 3. Enter status and click the Share button.

 

Your check-in status will be shown on Home feed via business address.

 

At the same time, your check-in will be shown at Check-ins tab of that Business.

 

 

In a special day or any days, you want to send a gift to a special person on the system. Let use Gifts plugin

A. SEND WITH THE AVAILABLE GIFTS

Step 1. Go to Gift plugin, and find the gift you want to send.

 

Step 2: Click the item to view detail:

 

Step 3. Click the Customize and Send this gift button >> Open Edit gift page.

 

1. Select a friend: Show the friends suggestion list when you input keywords, let add many friends who you want to send this gift.

2. Message: leave your best wishes for your friends.

3. Send: click here to send gift to your friends.

4. Save: Save the input data on My Gifts page.

 

After thinking carefully, you can send to your friends, or edit again, or delete your custom gift forever.

5. Preview: open a Gift preview popup when clicking the button.

6. Cancel: will remove the custom gift after clicking the button.

 

B. CREATE YOUR OWN GIFTS

Step 1. Go to Gift plugin, and click the Create icon >> Open Create own gift page.

 

Step 2. Select gift type and input data into the Create own gift page.

 

1. Choose type of gift: photo, audio or video.
2. Price of the gift type: you have to pay fee if that gift type is more than 0 credits and will be free if its price is 0.
3. Title: enter the gift title.
4. File: upload your gift.
5. Select a friend: Show the friends suggestion list when you input keywords, let add many friends who you want to send this gift.
6. Message: leave your best wishes for your friends.
7. Send: click here to send gift to your friends.
8. Save: Save the input data on My Gifts page. (the same with Step 3 of Section A above)
9. Preview: open a Gift preview popup when clicking the button.
10. Cancel: will remove the gift after clicking the button.

 

Note: the gifts will be saved on the corresponding My Gifts tabs.

 

 

How to manage the available gifts on your system? Follow this tutorial.

Access to Admin Dashboard => Plugin Manager => Gift => Manage Gifts tab.

 

1. CREATE NEW GIFTS

Step 1. Click the Create New Gift button >> open Create Gift page.

 

Step 2. Enter information:

1. Title.
2. Credit: Price (by credits) that members have to pay when they choose and send this gift to their friends.
3. Category: choose category which you want this gift belongs to.
4. Type: Select type of gift (photo, video or audio).
5. Upload content of gift (the corresponding photo, video or audio) after completing #4 above.
6. Upload the gift thumbnail.
7. Enable: check on box to enable gift.

 

Step 3. Click the Save button.

 

2. EDIT GIFT

Click the gift name/ title to edit a gift.

 

3. ENABLE/DISABLE GIFT

The enabled gifts will be visible on All Gifts page (at front end).

Click the Enable icon or Disable icon at Action column to disable or enable for each of gifts.

 

Or go to Edit gift (2) page to enable or disable it.

 

4. DELETE GIFT

 

Click the Delete icon at Action column >> Show the popup.

 

Click OK button to confirm deletion.
