You can check the changelog here to see the latest updates to upgrade your site whenever you need it. Follow the below steps to upgrade:

Upgrade mooWP plugin and Upgrade mootheme: 

Manually upgrade: go to https://moosocial.com/my-account/ and download the latest versions manually. Deactivate and delete old plugins, upload, and activate new plugins. Check the configuration to make sure everything is correct after upgrading.

Automatic upgrade: Starting in your dashboard, go to Plugins → Installed Plugins.  Here, you will see a list of all the plugins installed on your site. If a plugin has an update available, you’ll see a notice and a link that says Update now: Also, on Plugins → Installed Plugins, there will be a column for Automatic Updates.
